Lyrical City: a writing workshop

Over the course of four weeks, we will explore how to craft a story using song lyrics. The themes we will be working with include selfhood, coming-of-age and the city.

This workshop is open to writers of all experience levels. Participants may bring their own musical instruments and equipment, subject to venue constraints. Prior musical experience is a bonus but not necessary.

Dates: 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th Mar 2026

Time: 7pm-10pm on Fridays

Location: casual poet library | 123 Bukit Merah Lane 1, #01-110, Singapore 150123

This workshop is capped at 6 pax and recommended for ages 18 and above.
